Shipping Information

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 15 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions. All back orders have priority and will be shipped immediately upon new arrival of product.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all 48 states in the US! Please call or email us for shipping cost on orders shipped to Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Most Items will ship within 2 to 7 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. 
It is very rare to have our products damaged in transit. However, if your order is damaged while being shipped we recommend you contact Grain Mill Shop immediately so that we can help in taking the necessary steps to file a claim with the package carrier.
